*You're in a quaint library. There's only one person here, and it's the librarian. They look you up and down and don't say anything. They hand you a library card. You look down to view your card, and as you look back up, the librarian is suddenly gone. Well, you can't just walk right back out. You went here for a reason.

*You head straight to the "History" section. It's big, you look up at the long collection of books. The shelves are dauntingly tall, they seem to span up to the ceiling. The books are organized in a confusing way, you can't figure out what they're sorted by. You walk further along the hall of history books. You're trying to find one specific book but you're already lost.

*You're getting farther and farther from the library entrance. The hall seems endless. The lights get dimmer and dimmer as you keep walking forward. Then, as your legs get tired, you see a bright door at the end of the way.

*This book you're looking for is a regular telling about the history of the French revolution. There's already hundreds of works about that subject yet you were forced by your professor to read this one specific book he showed in class. It was a thick, vintage book with an all-blue cover- you vaguely remember it having the word "visions" in it. All your professor said was to find this book in the library next town over; the one you're in right now. You weren't really paying attention so that's all you could remember.

*You turn to your left and see a stepladder. Ladder? Stepladder? The debate was never quite resolved. You think you spot the book at the top shelf. As you're about to climb the ladderstepladder, you hear something shuffling behind the shelves. You jump a little bit. All this time the library had been so quiet you had to have been the only one... or so you thought. You weigh your choices.

*You climb the step/ladder to get to the top shelf, as that seems to be where the source of the noise is. As you lean in closer to better hear it, a horse's head suddenly pops out of the shelf, knocking over some books. You get so shocked you fall off the ladder, making a loud *thump* as you land assfirst. Oof.

"I-I'm so sorry.. S-sorry!! Heh.."

*You look at the magical talking horse. The yellow, long pink-haired talking horse. It looks.. cartoony. Simplified. Kinda cute. Though that doesn't lessen your fear and panic.

"H-hi.. Hell..o... I don't often h-have vis-visit-tors..."

*What the horse said must be true. You were so dead set on finding The Book that you didn't really notice the details of your environment, namely the most glaringly obvious one: the fact that this library is dusty as hell. This.. whole place is weird. Actually, now that you think about it, why do you barely remember anything during the day that your professor told you about The Book? You remember the stuff about The Book and this library but everything else is a blur. You don't even remember doing basic things like waking up or eating during that day. Wasn't it just yesterday? You woke up today and had the strong urge to follow your professor's orders. Does anyone else in your class even know about The Book? Why does every memory you have leading up to your current quest come as a dreamy haze?

"U-um.. You're uh.. a-awfully quiet... I-I'm sorry..."

*You snap back to reality. The horse is still there, staring at you. Despite being incredibly freaked out right now, you still want to go and find The Book. You make two choices.

"O-oh! My name's um.. Fluttershy.. I've been in this library fffor a long t-time.. This place is special.. Whatever book you want, any book, you can find it here!"

*Fluttershy peeks out more, and you notice that her body seems to be a different color from her head. Though, that might just be the dim lighting.

"I-I can guide you around..! T-there's alot of other books.. I can sh-show you m-my favorites!"

*Tempting. But that bright, open door at the end of the hall seems really tempting too. What if there's another section of books? What if The Book is there? Will curiosity kill the cat?

"You're staring at that d-door there.. I'm n-not gonna tell you what's in there.. We'll just ha-have to go together! "

*Seeing as you can't decide, you stay silent and walk to the door. Fluttershy follows you, her body remaining hidden behind the shelves.

"W-Wait! Is-is that a yes or n-no?"

*You don't respond. You step into the door.. And inside holds a very small all-white room, with two doors on the left and right side. The wall infront of you presents you with two signs. "Room 1" points to the left door, while "Section 2" points to the right.

"W-well? Where do you g-go fffirst?"

*Fluttershy's voice asks from behind, where her head is still poking out of the bookshelves. Where do you go first?

*You open the door and warm, golden light welcomes you in. The room is medium-sized, bookshelves wrapped around the walls and a single, wooden study desk in the middle of the space. The warmth of the room is a whiplash from the dark, cold and daunting vibe that you've been accustomed to the past hour. Odd thing though, all the books in the shelves seem to be.. decoys. Plastic books with nothing on the pages. It's all for decoration, except- that one book- the one laid open on the desk. A familiar, blue book, filled with French words, and French soldiers…

*You walk on up to the book, and upon closer inspection…

*YES! It is! It's The Book! Titled cheekily as "Visions of the French: Care for a Coup d'état?" You jump for joy! You almost scream happily until you remember your current location.

“Awww, t-this means… you'll.. you can leave now.. a-and leave me…”

*A recognizable voice and an even more recognizable head pop out from a shelf. She's somehow traveled quickly from there to here. You jump, again.  

“C-congrats.. but.. will you atleast ss-stay? For a bit… Hangout w-with me!”

*Mm… are you in a rush to get out or do you wanna hang with your good ol’ pal Fluttershy?
